In today’s uncertain job market and growing environmental concerns, we’ve launched Portt & Grow to make a positive impact.
The Office for National Statistics (ONS) reports that an estimated 1.52 million people were unemployed in the period June to August 2020, 138,000 more than the previous quarter. We want to do our bit to reduce that figure by offering our payroll clients an incentive.
Under the Portt & Grow pledge, we won’t increase fees for payroll clients who create new roles and employment opportunities. Additionally, as part of our commitment to the environment, we will plant a tree for every new job created by donating to an environmental charity.
With our initiative, we hope to inspire others to support job growth and contribute to the fight against climate change.
